About Us

     Lokpath Charitable Trust (LCT) is a non-profit making organization registered under Indian Trust Act,1882. LCT has been working in Mahoba district since 2017. LCT has been striving for the betterment of the most deprived and marginalized section of the society so that no one remains hungry,unemployed uneducated and exploited as its target group since inception. LCT journey is 4 years old.

    ‘‘Lokpath Charitable Trustis outcome of association of young and committed youth inspired by Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan. The group informally involved with society and found that condition of Rural and Urban Dalit, Minorities, Deprived Section like farmers, unemployed youth, illiterate demos, labors and destitute women & children, is very poor and treated as most neglected community of the society. Taking this situation into account the group of people startedworking with this community in the year 2015 but with the intention to institutionalize the effort in 2017 the association finally got registered under able leadership of social activist Mr.  Rajendra Kumar Nigam with long established vision “To bring these section (Mention above) into the main stream of the society through promoting people center approach of development”. Thus“Contacting women, children, farmers, labors and youths, organization building, awareness and developing their skill” has become mission of LCT.

Vision and Mission:

The vision of Lokpath Charitable Trust is to established a people led society where no remains

hungry, unemployed, uneducated and exploited. The mission is to empower rural and urban the poor through social cohesiveness and livelihood creation. LCT gives special emphasis on socio economic empowerment of most deprived section including neglected poor downtrodden and other communities & to educate children (Male & Female both) of these section (deprived section) at least to primary level.

Infrastructure & Men Power

Lokpath Charitable Trust has Registered Office at Hind Tyre Gali, Gandhi Nagar, District-

Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh- 210427. Lokpath Charitable Trust has a team of 10 sincere & committed staff coming from various disciplines. In addition to 10 sincere & committed staff there are total 42 Volunteers working in 15 Villages of Mahoba . Jhansi and Lalitpur District (Female Volunteers -17 and Male Volunteers- 25).
