About Us
Lokpath Charitable Trust (LPCT) is a dedicated non-profit organization established in 2017 in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh, committed to fostering an environment in which all citizens, particularly the marginalized, can thrive with dignity and respect. With a strong foothold across 20 villages in the Mahoba district and 5 villages in Jhansi, we focus on empowering crucial demographics, including adolescent girls, women, children, and single women, the elderly, and disadvantaged communities. At LPCT, our mission is to provide essential support, ensuring basic needs are met while actively promoting a peaceful and respectful life for all individuals. By engaging with local communities and creating strong partnerships, we have impacted nearly 1,500 families and about 8,000 individuals. Through a diverse array of programs, LPCT has initiated significant positive change and development.
“Our initiatives such as empowering women and adolescent girls, advocating climate-resilient farming techniques to farmers, promoting disaster resilience and raising mental health awareness have transformed lives at multiple
levels. Education awareness and career counselling programs have equipped youth and students with
essential skills for a prosperous future. Our focus on livelihood development through both agricultural and
non-agricultural entrepreneurship has created sustainable income opportunities, particularly for women
farmers and labourers. The positive impact of our programs is evidenced by increased self-sufficiency,
enhanced community cohesion, and improved healthcare access across our target groups. With the support of
esteemed donors such as the AzeemPrem Ji Foundation, we continue to expand our reach and deepen our
impact, striving to uplift every individual we serve.”
